Coordinated Crisis Management Plan
The Coordinated Crisis Management Plan and Quick Reference Guide for Pulaski County Public Schools is designed to assist Pulaski County School Personnel with the organization, completion, and revision
of their crisis management plans. The PCPS Coordinated Crisis Management Plan and Quick Reference Guide has been aligned to federal, state, and local policies and regulations. A completed copy of each school's
crisis management plan is available in a central location where the principal, assistant principal, secretary, custodian, and at least 3-5 team members (teachers/staff) have quick access to it.
