CONNECT is a confidential, 24-hour emergency evaluation and referral service provided by Carilion Clinic to members of our community. CONNECT is staffed by psychiatric nurses and clinical social workers trained to help people access psychiatric and behavioral medicine support. Carilion Medication Assistance

Carilion sponsors medication assistance programs (MAP) in Roanoke, Giles County and the New River Valley. Our team works with pharmaceutical companies to provide medications to people who meet need and income requirements.

Carilion Mental Health

Our multifaceted team of psychiatrists, therapists and behavioral specialists helps patients with mental health and chemical dependency issues. We offer adults and adolescents both outpatient and inpatient care at specialized facilities in Southwest Virginia.
