Pulaski County Public Schools and Pulaski County High School are pleased to announce Sydney Proctor as the November Senior of the Month. Sydney is the daughter of Autumn Duncan and Scott Proctor of Pulaski.
Sydney’s nominating teacher said, “Sydney has shown consistently strong leadership and work ethic throughout this year's performance season. From the moment she was named captain of the color guard, Sydney has gone above and beyond the call of duty to choreograph routines and to offer help to any students who need assistance. While doing all of this, Sydney also has a positive attitude and continues to strive for excellence not only in her extracurricular activities but also in her academics. Sydney is an excellent role model for the underclassman and brings energy, positivity, and attention to detail to everything she does. I have no doubt that she will continue to shine in college and beyond.”
Upon graduating, Sydney hopes to attend a four-year college pursuing a career in healthcare administration or radiology. Sydney has recently discovered her love of band, particularly percussion, tapping out rhythms everywhere she goes. In her free time, Sydney enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.
